Launch iPhone Settings.

Now click on Add VPN Configuration.

In the Type menu choose L2TP.
In the Description field type PrivateVPN – L2TP.
Server: See server list below.
Account: Enter your username for PrivateVPN
RSA SecurID: OFF
Password: Type in your password for privatevpn.
Secret: privatvpn
Encryption Level: Auto
Send All Traffic: ON
Proxy: Off
Now click Done
