2-Factor Authentication

2-Factor Authentication, also known as 2FA, is an extra layer of security that is known as “multi-factor authentication” that requires not only a password and username but also something that only that user has on them, i.e. a piece of information only they should know or have immediately to hand – such as a physical token.

Using a username and password together with a piece of information that only the user knows makes it harder for potential intruders to gain access and steal that person’s personal data.

Due to an increasing number of cyberattacks happening around the world, we have decided to proactively enable 2FA for all new and existing clients.

Once you log in to your account, you will be asked to set up the Google Authenticator or Email MFA method:

If you proceed with Google Authenticator method, you will be prompted with the QR code and the token. You can use the suggested applications mentioned under the token.

Once the token is added to the application, you will be asked to enter the one-time code to complete the process.

If you decide to go with the email verification method, click on ‘Send one-time code via Email’ button and insert the code that will be delivered to your inbox:

Once you have added one of the authentication methods, you are all set! Make sure to never share the one-time codes nor passwords to anyone else.

If you have any questions regarding the 2FA or have any issues during the setup, feel free to reach out to us via Live Chat or email ([email protected]).

We will gladly help you out!
